I wish I can fit all the sandwiches they make in one sitting...So I try them one by one as the months go by.... So far it's the honey turkey sandwich I keep going back for... And the big shell stuffed with happiness, and the olives, the olives, well cutting this short... I'm on my way back, see you there.

One of the favorite places for sandwiches. There are pretty enough choices. You can find subs, pizzas, salads, fresh pasta, Italian cookies and desserts, everything is on the menu. Also, there are vegetarian options. I tried the veggie one with artichokes, mushrooms, avocado, pickles with the regular lettuce and tomato. The taste and quality are very good. I really love their sandwiches. Don't overlook this place! Highly recommended to visit.

Mario's is my favorite go to deli! Their sandwiches and hot plates are amazing. When you walk in, you feel that authentic atmosphere. It does get crowded during lunch hour, but it is definitely worth it. They are great for group orders and individual orders. I usually will find parking in front of the store, but if not there is plenty of street parking.The employees are great, they work quickly and efficiently. It is basically organized chaos (in the best possible way). My favorite is the breaded chicken and the spicy Italian! There is a piece of bread in the middle and my friends will usually have them take it out, but the more bread, the better is my motto!This is one of those Glendale gems that has been around for as long as I can remember. Definitely give it a try.
